Note! Just so it is clear, even though we are talking about horrible people, we do not condone violence against them (not that anyone would have any hopes with their massive private armies they have anyway). However, their habits and abuse (drugs, health conditions, etc) pretty much guarantee that the ancient art of bucket kicking is inescapable for all people, including them. There is no longevity drug, no Mars colony to escape to, no bunker pleasant enough that will allow these people to live in a scope that much different to the rest of us.
